Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This passed weekend we went here. It was my 1st time at this location used to be a Sonny's. Out waitress was very nice and prompt. The food was delicious. My chicken tasted like it did when it was sonny's.....and thats a good thing. My girl really liked her buffalo chicken salad and the potatoe skins were amazing. My only gripe was the entree was served like 5 mins after the appetizer arrived. Well be back."
"Tried this place out, driving home from Hollywood Beach. The food was fresh, plentiful and reasonably priced. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice. My wife's French DIP was tender and my ribs were very good. I highly recommend this restaurant"
"First time here since the change from Sonny's. Had a couple of friends recommend. Ruby had the Chicken Salad Sandwich which had a good amount of filling and onion rings. I had the soup and salad, but substituted Chili which was very good. Susan G was our friendly and efficient server. The atmosphere is bright and clean. We'll be back!"
"Very good. Would recommend to family and friends. We had the Rodeo burger with fries and came out great. Ordered a pretzel and the dipping sauce was great. Server was fantastic and very attentive."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! Our server Amanda B went above and beyond — friendly, fast, and made us feel genuinely cared for the entire meal. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the service. Amanda absolutely deserves a raise! And the ribs were unbelievable — tender, juicy, and literally fell right off the bone. Between the amazing food and Amanda’s top-notch service, we’ll definitely be back soon.- Sebring Septic"
"We travel down from Connecticut to Central Florida for Spartan races. After the race, we wanted barbecue. This place popped up on Google with great reviews and looked legit, so we stopped in. The place was packed, but for just the two of us we were seated very quickly. Inside and outside both looked great. Clean everywhere—including the bathroom, which matters more than people admit. The two young ladies hosting were very friendly and even took a minute to ask about the race after noticing our Spartan shirts. Small thing, but it stood out. Our waitress was excellent—fast, attentive, and on top of everything without hovering. We started with onion rings. Very good. The dipping sauce was outstanding. I had the half roasted chicken with a sweet potato and fries. Fries were seasoned perfectly. The sweet potato was cooked exactly right, and the honey butter they serve with it is a great touch. My buddy got a rib combo and had zero complaints. Two meals and an appetizer for about $50, no alcohol. Worth every dollar. For the locals: you’re lucky to have a place this solid. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in the area for a Spartan."
"Two couples went in on a Friday night for dinner at about 4 PM. We needed a low top table as one of our party could not sit in a high top. There was virtually no wait. Our waiter was Kellen and he did a fantastic job with us. He was extremely courteous and took care of our every whim. They had a special with two dollars off a full rack of ribs and two sides. Three of us got the ribs and one of us got turkey. We ordered sides of fried okra, grilled corn salad, collard greens, and baked potatoes. The ribs were spectacular! The turkey was perfectly cooked and not dry. A piece of Texas toast was a nice touch. The corn salad came cold, but tasted really good. The okra was made perfectly as well as the greens and baked potatoes. The portions were great. This is another one of those “ go back to” places. We left totally satisfied around 5 o’clock or so. There were about 15 persons waiting as we left. Parking can be a little dicey if they’re busy. Edit: I just learned that if you drive to the back a little bit, there is a large area for parking."
"The ribs were AMAZING! In fact, everything was fantastic! Alexa, our server, was so kind and helpful. She made great suggestions :) It was our first time here and we will DEFINITELY be back! So far, our favorite restaurant in all of Sebring!"
